New Gear Racks Installed in our Station
By Assistant Chief Adam Grossman
July 27, 2010
On July 27th, 2010 the Sadsburyville Fire Company came to a completeion of installing our new gear racks that we had purchased two weeks earlier. The gear racks are made by Ready Rack Inc. and purchased through Arnold Fire Equipment.
Past Chief Supplee took on the venture of installing these gear racks onto our wall. It was a two day process. We also installed electric outlets on top of the racks to use for charging our flashlights, portable radios, etc.
The purpose was to remove our gear from the ground that was being hung by nails. This is how we have always hung our gear in the station, this gear racks make it a whole lot nicer!

Its all coming together now!
It was a hot one!
An electric strip was installed on top of the racks to charge our flash lights and portable radios.
Our engine room wall was furnished with 18 Ready Rack Gear Racks.
