More Hose and Live Fire Training
By Assistant Chief Adam Grossman
August 16, 2010
Sadsburyville Firefighters conducted more hose line management and live fire training this past Monday night. The night began with an overview of hose lines and car fires. Following that a car was lit off and crews put their skills into action by using a 1-3/4" attack line to extinguish the flames.
Numerous evolutions were completed and everyone got a chance to help put the fires out. The night was a success and the volunteers put in 3 hours of training time.
