Rapid Intervention Assignment for Mobile Home Fire

On Tuesday, July 29th, 2014 Engine 31-1 was dispatched at 0711 as part of the "Working Fire Dispatch" to assist the Wagontown Fire Company at a reported mobile home fire in the 200 block of Coffroath Road in West Caln Township.
Engine 31-1 responded to the scene and was assigned as the Rapid Intervention Team while firefighters were fighting the fire. The Rapid Intervention Team is put into place to ensure that if there is a firefighter in distress, a crew standing by will be able to quickly assemble and assist.
The fire was officially placed under control at 0753. Sadsburyville firefighters remained on the scene assisting with some cleanup before being released at 0831.
