Please join us in congratulationg Lieutenant Chris and Emily McCarthy on the birth of thier first child, Ryan Christopher McCarthy ! Ryan came into the world last night at 7:48 PM, weighing in at 9lb 3oz ! Emily and baby Ryan are doing well, and are expected to go home soon. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. McCarthy !
