Today President Erik Brecht received a citation from the Honorable Harry Lewis Jr. from the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania saluting our 100 years of steady growth and solid achievement.

Our fire company was formed on March 15th, 1918 and later chartered. Our fire company has always been located in the village of Sadsburyville and has been in our current building since 1955. Currently we operate (2) 1,000 gallon pumper engines that both carry hydraulic rescue tools and rescue equipment, a traffic control vehicle and a brush truck. Through out the years we have had several engines, tankers, brush/field pieces and a QRS unit that responded to assist with medical emergencies.
