More Qualified Drivers and Operators

Tonight Firefighters Pilotti and Senter finished their driving and operating qualifications for Engine 31-2. This process is a long process that they have been conducting over the last several months. We strive for perfection in all elements of driving and operating for everybody's safety, everybody goes home.
Candidates for qualification must complete over 20 hours of field training and over 50 hours of classroom training. Each person must complete Pumps 1 and 2 and an emergency vehicle operator course in the engine they are qualifying in.
Thank you to both firefighters for their dedication to the process and successfully qualifying on Engine 31-2.
