Brush Fire in Compass

On Wednesday afternoon at 12:59 hours, the Wagontown and Sadsburyville Fire Companies were dispatched to the 1200 Block of W. Kings Highway in West Caln Township for a brush fire.
As units responded the county advised of a brush fire extending across the yards. Fire apparatus from 31 & 35 arrived to find a 100 X 100 area of brush and grass on fire. Crews worked for about 45 minutes to contain and extinguish the fire.
