Accident Reported Serious on the Westbound Route 30 Bypass

Yesterday, the Sadsburyville Fire Company, Keystone Valley EMS, and Westwood Paramedics responded to an auto accident on the westbound Route 30 Bypass just east of Business Route 30 in Sadsbury Township.
The initial report indicated a vehicle on fire after hitting a guardrail, but crews arrived to find no active fire and one patient who had already self‑extricated. EMS assessed, treated, and transported the patient for further care.
Fire units remained on scene for a short time to manage traffic through a single lane while the vehicle was removed.
